Raised Letter Materials Available:

  • Laser Cut Acrylic- This impact modified, extruded acrylic, is available in gauges up to 1/2" thick in over 32 different colors. This means the color is through and through the entire letter assuring no more unsightly scratches, chips, or blemishes that can occur in a painted finish. The laser cutting provides a superior finish designed for outdoor use, but beautiful enough for indoor or in any application where precision is required. Almost all fonts and logos are possible with this technique.

  • Injection Molded Plastic- Injection Molded plastic or Minnesota Letters combine the attributes of several other letter types. They are made from C.A.B. (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate), a renewable resource (non-petroleum) plastic for incredible durability. They also are created using precision tooled molds for razor sharp edges and extra dimension. While clearly a plastic letter, they are suitable for many 'up-close' applications – even in small sizes. These letters are offered in numerous fonts and colors.

  • Cast Metal Letters- Cast metal letters and logos have always imparted a stately aura of permanence, style, and class on the sites they adorn. Perhaps this is because the underlying casting process itself has changed so little over the past 1000 years. It may also be because the letter casting process allows for the creation of the deepest, sturdiest, most beautiful metal letters and logos. Over 50 of the most common letter styles are offered with this style letter.

  • GatorFoam Letters- Gator foam letters are recomended for interior signs, but when treated with an exterior primer and latex paint, they make for a high quality yet inexpensive alternative to outdoor raised letters. GatorFoam letters and logos are manufactured from a structural foam sandwiched between a hard, smooth surface. GatorFoam products are available in six thicknesses and can painted in a rich matte or semi-gloss finish. This versatile material is extremely lightweight and durable making it adaptable to various applications.
